2023T4W7 - Haileigh Recognised as Student Leader

Year 10 student Haileigh Buttigieg was the student leader at this year’s Girls in STEM showcase at The Ballarat Tech School.

Haileigh showed exemplary leadership skills during the program, as she has been a member of a small select group of six students from different schools forming the inaugural Girls in STEAM Student Leaders. Over the last two years Haileigh’s active involvement in the program has been more than 20 days.

Haileigh and the Student Leaders are an inspiration to their peers and a demonstration to the broader community that young women are here to make their mark in the world of STEM.
