A Remembrance to a Grandfather

Damascus College students this year have the exciting opportunity to partner with The Ballarat Courier to create an online platform for young people to publish their work, as part of the 'Emerging' program.
As part of this unique program, Year 11 student Benjamin Watts has written a remembrance dedicated to his grandfather, and the sacrifices he made to protect our country at the Vietnam War. Ben is thankful for the numerous lessons he has taught him, the way he carries himself and how he always manages to make his day a little bit brighter. His grandfather is one of the bravest people he knows!
