Damascus College is delighted to announce that the Shining Light award is now open for nominations.
The Shining Light award celebrates the outstanding achievements of extraordinary Damascus College alumni in a diverse range of fields and areas of endeavour.
Together with our three foundation Colleges, Sacred Heart, St Pauls and St Martins in the Pines, Damascus College has a rich history and a long line of alumni who we proudly continue to take inspiration from.
The award enables Damascus College to not only recognise the achievements and contributions that our alumni attain across the community and within their areas of expertise. In addition, it offers inspiration to our current students, learning of the opportunities that can arise from a Damascus College education, just as it has for the Shining Light recipients.
The chosen Shining Light award recipients will have the opportunity to be inducted at a Damascus College event, celebrated across the Damascus College website and social pages, have a biopic video developed and will receive a trophy in honour of their achievements.

This year we invite nominations for our Young Achiever Shining Light Award!
The Young Achiever Award celebrates young alumni that have graduated from Damascus College within the last 15 years and have made a significant or notable achievement in one of the above categories.
If you know someone that has shined bright in their chosen field and you would like to see recognised for their achievements, simply complete a short nomination form found on the below website link before FRIDAY 9 DECEMBER:
