Bushfood Chocolate Program

Last Wednesday the Year 9 Food and Consumer Science students had the privilege to take part in the Bushfood Chocolate Program at the Ballarat Tech School.
The students were immersed in a food design journey based on chocolate and learnt about Indigenous Australian Bushfood flavours and food culture!
