Today at Damascus we have time travelled as our students have commenced their 2021 Classes.
The Early Start Program is an opportunity for our students to get excited about new classes, staff and timetables. It is an chance for our students to get an early start on their 2021 curriculum. At a time when enthusiasm for school can be low, this is a time for students to be reenergised. The work covered in the next week will be assessed as part of the Semester 1 work for 2021.
The Early Start Program is also when new students to Damascus can join us on campus for the first time. It is when they get their timetable, locker and wear their Damascus College uniform for the first time. It is when they catch up with old friends or make some new ones.
Our beautiful Damascus campus is a place of progressive and innovative learning and teaching that supports students to maximise their outcome. Good luck to all our students and staff as today they step into the Early Start Program.
